If a Pure-Light bulb product fails to operate during the warranty period as a result of manufacture defects, Pure-Light will, at its discretion, replace it with the same or like product at no charge. Pure-Light reserves the right to replace the defective product with a different product if defective product has been discontinued or is not available.

Pure-Light Technologies, Inc. stands behind the quality of their products. If our products fail during intended use and are not damaged due to any of the following conditions:
Pure-Light will provide postage of a prepaid return label, of any warranted products within six (6) months from purchase date. Pure-Light is not responsible for shipping costs incurred to return defective or non conforming product(s) after six (6) months of purchase date. Pure-Light is not responsible for the labor costs or other expenses associated with product removal or installation, including, without limitation, or any damages that may occur during the return of products.
To ensure proper handeling, replacement, return, or exchange, please contact us via phone/email and let us know of your situation before sending any items.
Upon receipt of your item, your item will be tested and considered for refund, repair or replacement at our discretion.
*We recommend shipping defective bulbs through USPS, first class for the most economical shipping rate. Anything under 15 ounces (under 1 pound) would qualify for first class.

This warranty is subject to change without notice. All changes are at the discretion of Pure-Light Technologies.
Pure-Light Technologies, Inc. has a goal of shipping out all orders within 24 hours of payment received and in many cases same day shipping occurs on orders made before 1pm MST. On large orders, specialty orders, or International orders, the processing time for shipment may take longer.
Most orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
At Pure-Light we strive to make sure each and every customer receives the support they need. If you have a problem with your bulbs, your order hasn’t arrived within one week of the date you ordered it or general comments or questions, we’d love to help you out. If your order hasn’t arrived, Pure-Light must be contacted no later than one month, from the date you ordered, or we will be unable to refund or resend your order.
To cancel your order, please contact us either by phone: 208-252-5996 to speak with a customer service representative OR via our contact page. We recommend cancellation be made as soon as possible given that orders can be processed as quickly as within 30 minutes from the time the order has been made. If there has been no charge made to a credit card then no cancellation fee will be charged. If your card was charged there will be a 5% Cancellation Fee deducted from your refund. If any portion of your order has shipped, a 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will occur within 5 business days of the receipt of cancellation or the return of all products that have already been shipped, whichever is later.
